Troop 734 Overnight with Arrow Of Light Scouts

Troop 734 would like to invite you and your Arrow of Light Scout to attend Troop 734's Vertical Adventure Event on Friday, January 26th.  We will meet at the Vertical Adventure facility at 6513 Kingsmill Ct. Columbus 43229 at 10 PM.  There will be pizza and snacks in the evening during the climbing portion.  In order for your scout to attend the event there are four requirements that need to be completed.  As a reminder, Troop 734 requires a parent/guardian to accompany each AOL Scout that attends a troop outing.

1.       Send Richard Canary an email (rcanary@columbus.rr.com) with names of AOL Scout and parent/guardian that are attending and who is participating in the climbing portion of the evening.

2.       Payment needs to be received by Monday, Jan 15th for $33 per climber and $5 per non-climber.  Check can be made payable to Troop 734.  You can bring payment to any Troop 734 meeting prior to Monday the 15th.  If necessary, please contact me for alternative methods.

3.       Complete Boy Scout Medical Form A and B for everyone climbing.  This can be provided along with the payment or brought to the event. However, no form, no climbing.

4.       Complete Vertical Adventure Waiver for every climber.  Once you complete the waiver you will receive an email to confirm your identity. The waiver is not complete until you follow the instructions in the automatically generated email.

Again, we look forward to your Scout joining us for a fun filled evening.
